OUR Services

Our Story

IAG was founded to respond to the increasing challenges facing those responsible for delivering complex assets, infrastructure, services and programs in sectors of national significance such as energy, renewables, transport, water and social infrastructure.

We created a place where the best practitioners could thrive, develop their careers and apply their experience to benefit a diverse range of clients.

Our vision is simple. We aspire to be the leading advisory firm in sectors of national significance which make vital contributions to the social and economic success of our communities. We strive to be trusted partners to our clients. And we want to be the best home for the right people to realise their potential.

Our collaborative and inclusive culture is part of our DNA. We work shoulder to shoulder as integrated members of our clients’ teams to deliver critical outcomes and support accountability for achieving objectives.

Corporate Social Responsibility

As a responsible corporate citizen, IAG recognises the importance of giving back to the community and supporting charitable causes. Making a positive impact on society and striving to contribute to the well-being of the communities in which we operate is part of our DNA. Our approach is guided by its Corporate Social Responsibility framework, with a focus on supporting initiatives that align with our values and have a meaningful impact on the community. This includes provision of pro-bono services to charitable and First Nations organisations. We are signatories to the UN Global Compact and strive to make a difference through integrating sustainability in everything we do.

Reconciliation Action

IAG wants to create a workplace culture that understands, values and respects the histories, cultures and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We recognise the need to build strong relationships and enhance respect between non-Indigenous and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and look for opportunities to make tangible social change.

In February 2022, IAG proudly welcomed the inaugural Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), which was endorsed by Reconciliation Australia. Our Reflect RAP formalises our commitment to working towards the five dimensions of reconciliation: race relations; equality and equity; institutional integrity; unity; and historical acceptance.
