These Website Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of the website at iagadvisory.com.au and any related subdomains, pages or content (Website). The Website is owned and operated by IAG Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 69 650 586 422) (IAG, we, us or our).

By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

1. About IAG and the Website

The Website is provided for general information about IAG and our services, to enable enquiries, to publish careers information, and for related communications.

2. No advice and no client relationship

Information on the Website is general in nature and is provided for information purposes only. It is not, and must not be relied on as, professional, legal, financial, commercial, engineering or other advice.

All intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including text, graphics, images, photographs, layouts, designs, logos, trade marks and source code) are owned by IAG or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

5. Submissions through the Website

Personal information contained in a Submission is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Website may contain links to, or content from, third party websites or services. Those links and content are provided for convenience only. IAG does not endorse, and is not responsible for, any third party website, service or content, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

(a)        To the extent permitted by law:

  • IAG makes no representations or warranties (express or implied) about the Website, its content, or the accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability or fitness for purpose of any information on the Website;
  • IAG excludes all liability (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Website or any content on it; and
  • IAG is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss or damage, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, opportunity or anticipated savings, however caused.

(b)        Where IAG’s liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, IAG’s aggregate liability to you in connection with the Website is limited to AUD $100.

IAG’s collection, use and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully before using the Website or submitting any personal information.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and IAG submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts competent to hear appeals from those courts.

11. General

(a)        Severability: if any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision is to be read down to the extent necessary, or severed, and the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

(b)        No waiver: a failure or delay by IAG to exercise any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right.

(c)        Entire agreement: these Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and IAG in relation to your use of the Website.
