His engineering and technical knowledge is complemented by his ability to form strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Ed has 17 years’ experience in both the private sector and in advising government on all aspects of the development, structuring, procurement, and delivery of infrastructure projects. Ed brings a depth of experience across all phases of the project lifecycle, combining his commercial and project delivery experience, as well as engineering and financial expertise to drive value and achieve required performance outcomes for small scale to mega projects.

Ed has a strong focus on commercial and stakeholder outcomes to ensure commitment are fulfilled and financial objectives achieved. Ed has acquired valuable experience in a variety of contract models, including D&C, EPC, PPPs, collaborative contracting, and also in the utilities and transport sectors.

James Sutherland

James is a highly experienced commercial, transaction, procurement  and probity specialist with over 20 years’ experience leading and managing the contractual and commercial functions of the procurement and delivery phases of major infrastructure projects. During his career he has applied his commercial, technical, leadership and analytical acumen and skills to oversee the transaction of all construction packages across the Metro Tunnel, Regional Rail Revival and Melbourne Airport Rail projects.

Naomi Cavanagh

Naomi is a stakeholder engagement and communications specialist with over 25 years’ experience in planning and delivering major infrastructure projects across transport, water, energy, resources and contaminated land remediation in Queensland, ACT, NSW and Victoria. She prepares high quality engagement strategies and manages programs that incorporate social benefits while managing risk. Naomi uses meaningful communications to support and inform decision-making. Her ability to work with multidisciplinary teams to translate complex technical concepts into practical and clear information has been integral to successful project delivery.

Ryan Cush

Ryan is a senior engineering professional with over 15 years of project management and engineering experience developing, procuring and delivering major infrastructure projects.

He has recent and relevant experience supporting government clients with constructability assessments, estimates and programs. He has supported major project tenders, assisting teams to develop compelling delivery strategies with pragmatic technical solutions. Ryan’s strength in this space is his ability to provide the ‘technical translation’ and communicate complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
