IAG’s team of Prosci© and APMG accredited organisational design and change management specialists help organisations adapt and thrive amidst constant change. Our approach involves assessing the current organisational state, pinpointing improvement areas, and implementing changes with minimal disruption and maximum acceptance and delivery certainty.

Organisational design

Leading successful organisational transformation through layered collaboration and strategic communication, fostering clear decision-making in challenging environments. We provide project management, governance and coordination services and lead the establishment of a fit-for-purpose organisational design. IAG played a pivotal role in supporting the establishment of the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA), one of the most complex transitions in VPS history.

Strategic engagement

Our team engages with government, industry and stakeholders while aligning initiatives with broader social outcomes, such as equity and inclusion. Our personnel can offer strategies to work across jurisdictions and navigate cabinet priorities and program guidelines across both sides of the aisle. At VicGrid we have spearheaded and developed the execution of strategies to engage the renewable energy market, guiding industry stakeholders on project pathways as well as state government requirements.

Framework and funding agreements

Ensuring plans are structured to reflect shared objectives, clear accountabilities and long-term value. Our people use their experience to help clients secure funding while meeting requirements for transparency, performance and public benefit. IAG designed, stood up and is implementing the program management framework for the Housing Investment Fund program, which aims to procure and contract more than $2 billion in government incentives to commence 5,600 social and affordable homes in Queensland by 30 June 2027.

With qualifications in law, business, commerce, occupational therapy, communications and more, combined with decades of experience across transport, energy, resources and social infrastructure, our team is well equipped to establish and manage program delivery approaches. We advise on governance, performance, accountability, and stakeholder expectations and requirements to keep complex programs on track. We bring together a range of skills and competencies including business case development, business improvement strategies, commercial, transaction and legal advisory, delivery and engineering, approvals and stakeholder engagement.
