With a strong background in debt capital markets and financial modelling, Angelo brings deep expertise in designing pricing and charging frameworks, developing financial structures, and leading negotiations with government, lenders and private counterparties. Ekaterina has over 15 years’ experience on mega projects in a range of sectors, including transport, social infrastructure and renewable energy. She provides strategic transaction and commercial advice, key documentation development, project leadership, and management of competitive industry engagement to drive value-for-money outcomes for her clients.

Through roles on some of Australia’s most complex projects at state and federal level, Ekaterina developed a strong appreciation of interface complexities associated with brownfield and greenfield multi-model projects.

Jim also has extensive experience in the planning and execution of large scale mega-projects involving multiple, overlapping packages and multiple procurement models.
