IAG was engaged to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Port’s rail operations and maintenance (O&M) maturity. Our work focused on the practical application of Rail Safety National Law (RSNL) within the Port’s operational environment, specifically evaluating how maintenance activities are planned, recorded, and audited. IAG analysed the current Maintenance Management System (MMS) to identify operational risks and compliance gaps, ensuring that maintenance regimes for signalling and track infrastructure align with national safety standards. This engagement culminated in a strategic roadmap designed to transition the Port toward a more proactive, data-driven maintenance culture that supports long-term operational resilience and safety accreditation.
