Alex has more than 20 years’ experience in operations, strategy, and general management across the infrastructure, construction, renewables, pharma and international development sectors. An all-rounder with strong financial acumen, he brings a passion for strategy development and implementation, cross-functional team leadership, innovation, and change management. As Chief Operating Officer, Alex is responsible for the day-to-day operations of IAG and for strengthening client relationships through outstanding service. Since joining IAG in 2020, he has held several senior leadership roles – including most recently Chief Corporate Officer – where he focused on evolving the Group’s corporate functions and establishing the organisational frameworks that support IAG’s continued growth and high-quality delivery.
