Deborah has over 30 years’ experience as a project delivery specialist with extensive experience assisting clients in leading and delivering complex major infrastructure projects. She brings an in-depth understanding of the complexity of major infrastructure projects, including traditional and collaborative delivery models.

Deborah’s wealth of experience has resulted in her being regularly requested by the Department of Treasury and Finance (VIC) and New Zealand Treasury to participate as a highly regarded team member and team leader in gateway reviews of High Risk High Value projects. Deborah is also requested by a number of clients to undertake independent reviews of projects and programs across all phases of the project lifecycle.
