Ed has 17 years’ experience in both the private sector and in advising government on all aspects of the development, structuring, procurement, and delivery of infrastructure projects. Ed brings a depth of experience across all phases of the project lifecycle, combining his commercial and project delivery experience, as well as engineering and financial expertise to drive value and achieve required performance outcomes for small scale to mega projects.

Ed has a strong focus on commercial and stakeholder outcomes to ensure commitment are fulfilled and financial objectives achieved. Ed has acquired valuable experience in a variety of contract models, including D&C, EPC, PPPs and collaborative contracting, as well as in the utilities and transport sectors.
