Isabel has over 15 years’ experience advising both government and private sector organisations on procurement strategy and delivery, commercial issues and transaction management in connection with infrastructure projects in Australia, Asia and Europe.

She has provided strategic advisory services and lead transactions on large scale and complex infrastructure projects and programs such as the Major Road Projects Victoria, Level Crossing Removal Project, Myki Ticketing Services Retender, Regional Rail Link and the Melbourne Bus Services Contract.
