Jim has over 20 years’ experience in the strategic and commercial planning of major infrastructure projects across Australia.

Jim’s project experience spans large rail and road infrastructure projects through to service based social infrastructure projects such as the new Perth Stadium PPP. Jim also has extensive experience in the planning and execution of large scale mega-projects involving multiple, overlapping packages and multiple procurement models.
