Michael has over 25 years’ experience in the property, infrastructure, and major projects arena. He has particular experience in the planning, procurement, and delivery of major projects and programs across the transport, housing, retail, tourism and events sectors.

He offers a high level of leadership and expertise in the areas of legal and commercial strategy, procurement and transaction, risk management and assurance, statutory approvals, interface resolution, public policy and legislative change programs.

Michael has complementary management skills across a range of regulatory, contractual, and delivery functions for both public and private sector projects.
