Mike is an experienced advisor with 15 years of expertise across the public and private sectors, with a core focus on Defence and public security. As a founder of XKG, which was acquired by IAG in 2023 to become IAG Defence and National Security, he has over a decade of senior Defence leadership experience managing multidisciplinary and specialist teams. He brings international expertise across commercial frameworks, large ICT programs, and complex enterprise transformation initiatives from both customer and supplier perspectives.
