Nick has over 20 years infrastructure advisory experience from roles in infrastructure delivery, and corporate and project finance.

Notably, Nick has played a leading role on multiple recent major Public Private Partnership (PPP), Incentivised Target Cost (ITC), and Hybrid PPP (i.e., PPP with an ITC regime) projects, providing strategic advice to senior project team members, often with overall accountability for the commercial and legal, and pricing aspects of the procurement process, including the interconnection with broader design, construction, facilities management and operations.
