Scott is recognised as a seasoned executive advisor, having played instrumental roles in defence governance and compliance, complex commercial and financial analysis, tender and proposal development and the turnaround and scaling of technology-driven businesses.

He brings over two decades of leadership across Australia, Asia Pacific, Europe and North America to the commercial and governance demands of major defence programs, with deep knowledge of CASG frameworks, ASDEFCON requirements and Commonwealth contracting standards. This includes current commercial lead support to Mitsubishi Heavy Industries on the SEA3000 General Purpose Frigate program.
