IAG provided MILIS subject matter expertise and project support services to CLOSPO. This included supporting the team in line with CLOSPO’s future supplier engagement model and identifying and developing the required conditions to be applied to the contract. IAG also oversaw development of a Strategic CLOSPO Roadmap and developed preliminary considerations for contract negotiation based on RFT responses, drafting preliminary decision documentation for source evaluation and selection. IAG supported the CLOSPO ADF Uniform Program across planning, logistics support and introduction into service continuums. IAG utilised our deep defence supply chain management expertise to accurately forecast sustainment requirements and provide a skills uplift to the CLOSPO Defence team.
