IAG supported Urban Utilities through an important stage of it’s One System for Maintenance (OS4M) program. OS4M was a business transformation program aiming to drive cost, safety, customer and productivity improvements across the functions that maintain Urban Utilities water and wastewater assets. The Transition Project prepared the business for major changes to support OS4M, shifting from a single outsourced provider to a mix of specialist partners and in-house services, while also embedding new systems and data flows.

IAG services included Transition Project delivery including planning, contract mobilisation, change, communications, training and business process mapping. IAG also worked with Urban Utilities to demobilise and close-out a large multi-disciplinary outsourced maintenance contract. Further, lead the demobilisation and contract close-out of a large multi-disciplinary outsourced maintenance service provider that has been working with UU for nearly a decade.
