IAG was engaged by Windlab, a major Australia Wind Farm developer, developing a large-scale, 200+ turbine wind farm on Australia’s Eastern Seaboard to provide a contract strategy, transaction and procurement recommendation and peer review of the proposed project program. The engagement included leading a detailed market sounding approach to determine the most appropriate contracting, packaging and procurement strategy to support successful engagement and delivery execution.

The scope of work includes shaping the overall project delivery model, advising on scope definition, packaging logic and supply chain positioning in the context of a rapidly evolving renewables sector.

IAG’s deliverables included:

• Leading the development of a tailored contracting, packaging, and procurement strategy, including a contractor capability matrix and refined packaging logic
• Advising on procurement models that balance market appetite, risk transfer, financial capacity and delivery certainty
